Compensation: Full Time Hourly Position
Gibbs-Delta Tackle is Canada's oldest and largest Fishing Tackle Manufacturer. We are actively seeking a customer sales and service rep.
The CSSR will work from our Delta manufacturing facility and would report directly to our National Sales Manager while working alongside our support team at the factory.

Qualifications:
• Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work directly with our National Sales Manager
• Manage the day to day interactions with our customer base via email and telephone
• Be our company's "Point of Contact" for all sales related issues
• Promote new products and product changes to our customers
• Data entry and maintenance of customer documents and forms
• Attend on and offsite meetings with our customers, including trade shows
• Nurture the positive and productive relationships with our customers
• Work closely with our entire team to maintain our reputation as a leader in customer service
