There's an easy solution for that… I just need to go over there to do a collaboration on carp fishing with them, then we'll drive hordes of BC anglers over there during the fall salmon season. Problem solved.

I know...on top of the cost of the license there is a beat license for rivers based on timing etc...

That wasn't Lang's biggest, there have been a few bigger ones just this year alone. Here's a 10'7" from July.

Great work Rod .  This video has huge potential to make money for several local business's and I hope you will be compensated accordingly!

Thanks Dave. This took months of planning and I did most of the leg work to get all the other partners on board while Carl and Alex delivered the finishing product. I see this as a very positive contribution to the fishing community in Chilliwack. Not only we will be bringing more visiting anglers to experience what this area has to offer, we are making sure they are doing so in a proper manner. A video like this is entertaining but educational at the same time. People who come here from overseas and experience the fishing will become ambassadors of our fisheries in the long run. Hopefully it will fix some of our local issues in the years to come.
