Awesome job Rod! And it is true that we do take for granted the amazing fishing and angling opportunities we have in BC.

My family moved to Canada from the UK when I was 12 years old. We moved to Parksville on Vancouver Island. In a very short time mid Island rivers became my second home. In fact, within a week of moving here, I was taken steelhead fishing on the Englishman River. Since then (now at 50 years old), fishing is a huge part of my life.

The opportunity that Carl & Alex experienced here, will stay with them for their lifetime. Kudos to you Rod for not only showing them our rich resource; but, showing them how to properly fish that resource and the etiquette involved.

Thanks all. :)

A few more videos to come from these trips. Here's a short one from that same sturgeon trip, showing why I usually try not to touch the rods... ;D :-\

Fantastic Rodney, your a great Ambassador to the sport, BC and Canada. I often think about my fantasy fishing trip, where and what I'd be fishing for but watching those videos reminds me our local fishing is pretty awesome.

Great work on all the other videos you put out this year as well.
