Ok so i managed a fish today. I am certain that it is a steelhead. NO ITS NOT A COHO!! I have caught MANY cohos in my fishing career and its 100% not a coho!!!!!!

Ok now thats over. What do you guys think old summer or very early winter? Ive coloured yellow over my presentation that i was using as i dont want everyone to use the same thing.

cant tell in pics, It had the red/pink on it, mouth was all white. Tail pic is bad because im holding it. Its flat on bottom of the tail. showed to anglers who fished river longer than ive been alive and they said it was a steelhead.

Tail does not look right for a steelhead but I am not sure, Rod will know for sure. Will send picture to Nick.

Fish i caught today isnt a coho though. I had it in my hands, all you guys can do is judge a few pictures. I know what i caught.

Looks like a coho, I wouldn't put much faith in classic I.D. markings given the amount the fish has deteriorated.

You need to listen up a bit jack sockeye; that's a gumboot coho
Post the pictures again without the yellow as most here could care less about your presentation and it might give a better idea of the mouth color.
