Sea-Run’s Fishing Report & Courses Update - January 22nd, 2016

With the most recent rain, river systems are surely on the rise and will be dropping shortly with minimal rain in the upcoming forecast. Some systems will be dropping quicker than others, but it will be a good thing to get some more fish moving and on the bite in a good way. For a good majority of anglers, Steelhead are the main target this time of the year, although there some other opportunities for some other species. Cutthroat Trout and Bull Trout are available in a good majority of watersheds.

This is also a good time of the year to get out and explore the local Saltchuck for Winter Chinook!

If this is the year you want to learn how to catch Steelhead, this is your opportunity to learn from some of the best. In this fishery, 10% of anglers catch 90% of the fish, and this is your chance to learn from that 10%. We will cover water types, gear setups, artificial and natural baits, steelhead habits, and much more.

Available on the side of our "In-Store" Steelhead Float Fishing Course, we also offer "On the water" guided trips for Winter Steelhead, which will begin in January. Click the following link to view our Guided Steelhead Trips: ~ http://www.sea-run.com/guided-trips/ ~
