Is this a Typo or did BC overruled DFO?

DFO:

For clarity, in freshwater management units 1-1 to 1-6 only the Big Qualicum,
Puntledge and Quinsam/Campbell Rivers remain open to angling.

MOE -

All streams within Management Units 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5, and 1-6 [are closed], except the *Big Qualicum River, the *Puntledge River and the *Quinsam River

The BC Notice didn't say Campbell River is open, while the DFO notice said Campbell River is open.

Ralph it might take up to 1 week for them to coordinate ... I remember 2 years ago where was "no fishing for fin fish in tidal fraser" , I called dfo and they confirmed , but a few day after they changed it to "no fishing for salmon" ... it was just a miscommunication

Campbell River is north of 1-6 so is not included.

Just a note on this. Puntledge river is way , way too warm to be fishing right now regardless of the fact that it's open.
