Vancouver Harbor "bell" "QA" April 16, 2017
« on: April 18, 2017, 07:37:58 PM »

Launched the boat in Richmond and motored out to the bellboy for high tide at 8 am. Fished for 30 mins and caught 15 inch chinook that was quickly released.

Trolled over to the QA marker and lost a nice size chinook at the boat. Over the next 3 hours 2 caught undersize and lost another good size chinook. Had to head home early for Easter dinner so only got 4 hours of fishing in.

Used green and lemon lime flashers and irish cream skinny g's and silver hordes.  Fish caught at   95,85 and 55 on the downrigger in 400 feet deep water.

Set 2 crab traps just south of the North Arm of the fraser in the mud flats 30 feet, used old duck breasts as bait. One trap had 4 nice size dungeness crab and the other nothing.

Nice day on the water not much of a chop and always nice to head home with some crab!
