I'm travelling to Golden for a family event and will of course be taking my fly rod, spin rod, pontoon boat plus every fly, spinner and spoon that I have.

Never been there but I've got my BC Backroads Mapbook and my Fishing Mapbook. Currently can't decide between the Columbia River proper or trekking out to a lake.

Any tips or pointers are much appreciated!
