LA Kings are nasty players / big...& they get extra mean if forwards skate within 5 yards of the net...so the Canucks basically stayed closer to the  boards & taking 40-50 ft shots.. ( I would too )
Canucks had more shots but LA got better scoring chances. Markstrom was sharp.
A pt is a pt.
LA ex Canuck coach did not blow any kisses to us BC fans.
Guess we will just have to kick out LA from the up coming playoffs....even if LA goes ahead by 4-1 in game 7. What the Bruins did to the Leafs we can do too  ;D
That vid on page 5 showed faces with funeral expressions.
( Leafs are back from the dead & alive once more. )

Very amazed FA did not give his views on yesterday's Canucks game.
Oh ya they LOST. That explains it.
Guess we will get more wins when the Seattle team comes into existence.
We can either put Arizona or Vegas in the Central Division.
Then all divisions will have 8 teams.
Maple Leafs, Sabres, Blue Jackets, Lightning,Nashville,Caps,Calgary are doing well...
But like a horse race...if a horse goes too quick at the start they may tire & slow up...the other horses pass the leader after the final turn  ;D
So look for Toronto Calgary & Nashville to tire & the Canucks get more W's than them.
FA do not worry ok ...the Canucks will start to win 2 & lose 1 ratio soon. Keep the faith.
( shhhhhhh FA Mr. Advisor sir, please visit the dressing rm & give the green light for the Canucks to use 1970s Flyer style hockey or Ric Flair dirty tricks idea or Billy Smith / Tiger Williams stir the crap acts )
But remember the Canucks have to get losses too as they cannot win them all.
They will win the next game for sure or else the fans get a refund & the players do not get paid. Owner than comes out even but fans lose out in travel & hot dog $. Players get out their calculators & see how much it cost them.

;D ;D ;D ya presently it's hard being a Canuck or Lion fan for that matter.
See it's easy being a Leaf fan. Or even Raptor fan. ( beat a Golden State the other night)
Last yr ya got Grey Cup.
Talking about Cups...Leafs have plenty & many gotten in winning streaks. Impressive indeed.
Leafs do pot in plenty of goals in at least 30% of their games...5-6-7 goals per game!
Plus 1 goal or so close win or losses.
Canucks players have this "we scored ..,then they gloat / fat head for 15 minutes ...
Hey Canucks the game is 60 minutes...no gloating after scoring...get out there is put your foot on the gas pedal. Good to gloat after they get a win but not during the game.
Maybe maybe there's a chance we just switch jerseys ...Leafs become Canucks & Canucks become Leafs.
Even FA would agree to that!!!!!!!!!!

The Cup is awarded in June, not in December. Don't get off the bandwagon just yet.

Agreed. As of now Chris is really rubbing it in & he's laughing humming singing....& who can blame him as his team is doing so well & our team soooooo bad. We really have no comeback but only egg on our faces. Today is the turn around ! Please Canucks get a big W over Dallas. ( game on ) I PM start.
Maybe Nylander wants to be a Canuck. TO hold out.

Well the Canucks lost ( again) by the score 2-1.
Canucks up a goal for most of the game but then Dallas potted in 2 for the win.
Both goalies played super!!!
Which means the forwards on both teams got off quality shots that were saved ,blocked, wide, or hit the bar or post. Sure cannot blame our backup goalie Nilsson.
Our defence just does not play physical enough.
Opposition goes to the net at will ....
Defence plays soft & our snipers (3-4 main guys.) just got stoned by hot goalie....Bishop.
Maple Leafs get a W. ( again. )
Nashville gets a W. ( again )
Something tells me there may be a coach change....for the Canucks.
Need a coach that will be fair but get on the players when they lose a far too many.
Just enough pressure to get them going...kick start. Too much pressure & the players start to play scared or they rebel & play worse on purpose to get the coach fired.....
FA for head coach. ( gee maybe he does not want the job...hard on heart for Canuck fans but 100x more hard for the coach. )  when a team loses too many the coach must walk around grumpy & serious...in wins he can praise the players & joke around...players then see that losses should be taken seriously ( lost 2 pts. ) Wins bring a happy mood by coach & in dressing room.
Thank you Chris for not kicking sand in FA & my face  ;D

Canucks lost 12 of the last 13.
Get the twins back (for a pep talk or Ric Flair or get the medieval stretch rack or gallatin (head chopper)
They are not getting blown out at least.
Why? Why? Why?
Classic case of give too many too soon praises to a rookie & compare him to  #99 The Great One.... & the poor guy feels like the team is on his shoulders. Pressure plus.
He falls apart as does his teammates.
Seems the team is going backwards & not forward.
Canucks remind me of a teenager learning to drive an auto....Boooooooooooooooo!
3-2 loss ( again. )  >:(

You state YOU ARE getting dizzy spells from too much wine. FA you let the cat outta the bag...never thought you'd confess to that. Normally your very selective in your posting.
I guess the Canucks losses are getting to ya. Your only human.
If Seattle beats our butt in future think I'll feel a bit dizzy.
Only thing to cheer us up is a big win over the Leafs ( shhhhhhh....no tell no tell we do not want Chris to know the plan.....yes the Canucks are losing on purpose to fool the Leafs...then when the meet Leafs will not know what hit them !!!!!!! ) Ha ha ha ha ....before I go let me say a blessing...may you not get dizzy spells Over & out.

Tales from the winning side, for those that are not on the winning side:

Injury bug has bit the Preds hard.  First line, both wingers are on the IR.  Second line center on the IR.  One of our top Defenseman on the IR.  And yet, still managing to pull it out.  If we can get through the end of the month we might start getting some guys back and do even better.  It is good to still be able to win when your team is decimated by injuries.

Injury bug ya say.....Yippie ...just what the Canucks ordered. Cows chickens sheep Preds to the slaughter house. ;D
Nashville is going down down down pal. And from there Toronto is going down down down pal.
Canucks are already down but time to get up.
Gee tv camera focused on the Canucks & coach at the start of the game & they looked kinda like criminals. Well they have been stealing the well paying crowd's money long enough. Time's up Canucks get your locker room in order & get some wins NOW !!!!
Even FA is fearing his advisor job may be terminated.
At face offs please do not play any country songs or else Nashville will explode for goals.
