saw a spring jack flossed opening weekend. your right , though i don't think it is very common.

fished on tues and saw a guy catch and release 2 foot sturgeon while bouncing,

Tried the last couple hours before close.  The commercial gap had definitely arrived.  :'(  No hits,  only snags.  Dragged in more gear than I lost,  so it was still a happy day! :D

hmmm....no vessels reported for aug 4 but aug 5 shows only 10 sockeye for 1 vessel and 2 sets.

BEEN OUT 5 DAYS IN A ROW NOW, HOOKED 7 SPRINGS AND 8 SOCKS AT PEG LEG YESTURDAY !

A friend of mine fishing at St Elmo near Hope saw a dead black bear floating belly up down the Fraser yesterday. Anybody else see it?
