I have a retired American fishing buddy that will drop some dynamite in there and clear those Rapids.
Of course that would also bring down more rock from the cliffs too.

And kill all the fish now waiting below the falls.

But how about the net they use for badminton? Wouldn't that work?

OK, how about the nets they use all across the river during the summer??
of should we just see how far the key concerns of DFO go?

I believe its a dominant year for Quesnel and Chilko sockeye .. this could be devastating for some sockeye stocks on this cycle.

It sounds like a large piece of rock broke off from the canyon walls and jammed in the narrows.

I am wondering if they can put some kind of inflatable device or devices around/under the rock to try to force it over the narrows.

Leaving the rock (or rocks) there and transporting fish over the narrows is not a long term solution.

IT is, they were expecting a possible commercial/rec opening for the summer run group,

What they really want to do is spending millions for study and watch the fish swimming pass the narrow
