Not on this site anymore?  I haven't been paying attention to other threads.  Seems he is no longer with us.

Seattle's hockey team is the Seattle Kraken!! It will take them a long time to get cracking, you heard it first here.

Can't wait for these games to start.

And love the Seattle name, and logo.  Think they did it right.  Wasn't very happy with Vegas and the Golden Knights.

Whale versus Kraken, one of the age old battles in the sea.  Viking explorers discussed seeing such battles.  Now it will be conducted both above and below the ice (assuming the kraken isn't only a warm water species)

Tonight's loss did not count as did your win the other night. Hope you sleep well tonight and did not dream of this game:

Leafs dropped game one 2-0. Leaves do what leaves do in hot weather; they wither  and die :)

Believe Vancouver fell 3-0.  Nashville at least scored and lost 4-3.

Hoping for different results all around come tomorrow.  For Nashville, one strange bounce just destroyed us.  Shot from the point, hits a players stick, glances off heading toward the corner, hits off one of our guys shoulder, bounces off that and over the goalie into the goal.  Completely fluke.  Somehow that completely destroyed the mental strength we had and we gave up 2 other really quick.  Got one back but then gave up a short handed goal.  Got one more but couldn't tie it up.  Seems about halfway through the second period they got their stuff figured out and mostly dominated the rest of the game.  It was just too late.

The Colorado/St. Louis game was quite amazing for a finish.  Despite the loss, still glad hockey is back.
