Well I'm pleased to hear that generous offer still stands after 15+ years. If supersize is an option, maybe I can request an upgrade to dim sum?

Kathie Lee Gifford was good friends with Billy Graham...and she visited him in his last yrs...home bound. She asked him if she could get him something?
He says very seriously " Can you buy me a Big Mac ? " ( he had asked his wife family ...but they would not get him one  ;D)
But that is a really nice tasty looking dish. When seeing the picture at start of vid thought it was S/S Pork.
As I've got a very sensitive digestion system  IBS maybe have no idea....
Think raw fish is something I'd pass up on.
But impressive on your preparing kitchen skills.
You cut everything to nice portions etc...and dish looked very appealing.
