NEW YUKON FISHING VIDEOS:

Catching and Cooking Northern Pike

Lake Trout at a Remote Yukon Lake

We just got back from a week of filming in the Yukon, spent our days targeting the three main species up there - Northern pike, lake trout and Arctic grayling. This was our second time visiting the region and this corner of Canada continues to amaze me. The more I've explored, the more I enjoy being in the area (well, summer time... the winter might change my mind). Here are some photographs, I have more to share in the next week or two.

One of my favourite province to fish. We even drove off to the fishing spot where the first image was used on the original Canadian 5 dollar bill.  It has a specific strain of  rainbow trout that is indigenous to that area (from what we have been told). It was beautiful.

Lots of lake trout and arctic grayling to found in most bodies of water there.

Looking forward to what you have filmed Rod!

YAH!... province should be the plural not the singular!

either or... depends on context (or should that be "the context"... English is so confusing)
