Fishing for redtail perch

Hello, Does anyone know any areas where you can fish for redtail perch or blacktail perch? What is your background? Thank.

I’m not familiar with blacktail perch.

I see there is a species called black perch or black surfperch but they seem native to California coastal
waters.
