Bar fished the upper fraser today near hope.  Adanac, Fisher and I were pretty much the only ones there.  Not much action for us although the bells went off once but nothing came of it.  After bringing it in the rig was a little tangled, perhaps from a fish as it looked like a bite.  Visibility was down from the rain.  I also lost one rig before we left.  I can't wait till the prop on our boat gets fixed to go closer to chilliwack were the bars have less snags.  We decided to stop at the vedder canal to see what was hapening as i have caught coho at this time in years past.  Water was murky and no sign of fish so off we went.

Thanks for the report.  Been wondering if anyone was fishing in that area after sockeye closure.

was near that area last sunday. very few fish where i was. Saw maybe 4 springs landed. No sockeyes hooked.
