Peg Leg Aug 29th
« on: August 29, 2004, 09:08:00 PM »

My Bro in law fished Peg Leg today for 4 hours. He saw 10 Spring landed and no Sockeye  ;D
Was into a snag a couple times so he threw his small boat anchor out and snagged himself about 100  :o or more betties. Wow, also hooks, spreaders, and corkies.
Won't have to buy tackle for the next few years.  ;D

"He saw 10 Spring landed and no Sockeye"

Seems weird how few sockeye there are right now. Apparently PSC has lowered their estimate from 3.5 million to 2.5 million summer runs, not good  :'( hopefully these cooler temps will give them a better shot.
