Never too young...
« on: September 11, 2004, 09:59:24 PM »

Took my little guy for a few casts couple days ago.   No trout but he sure was into it for as long as a 17 month old's attention span would allow him to be.

Cant wait for him to get his first fish!

I have a 17 month old and 2.5 year old sons and I can tell they are going to be into the sport!

They love playing with my fishing gear, eating smoked salmon, poking and prodding dads catch etc.

Cant wait til they can cast on their own!

Your son's a cutie.  Throw a worm on a #6 hook and chuck it in the fraser (near shore).  You'll have that smile even bigger.

Max...from his first few days of life he heard Harry Neale praising words during Leaf games about "Sundin, Domi, Belfour" and etc.

He never had a chance.  :D

Soon he'll learn "Go Leafs Go" in time for when hockey starts again.

You're so right pep, in a few years that little guy will be teaching us how it's done. Great pics  :). Thank's a lot for sharing them with us. We all know that there is a lot of negative material to work with in our world and that's what makes it so special when you see a smile like that child has. Thank's for sharing it.
