heading to the vedder tommorw. any spots that are doing well? lower or upper river?

Sorry to say but i was on the vedder today and nothing not even a single fish at lower. I saw nothing and heard nothing as usual at this time of year i have no clue how people have cought them. ??? Fraser might be a better choice i was out there first thign and saw one jack landed but that was it.

Yah but water lvls were still little on the high side not much of the bar exposes but deifnelty more then enough to fish.

snaggy couldent go to spring bar cuz flooded and a HUGE bear was guarding the bushes lol not even kidding.

do you have to stand waist deep or are you casting from dry ground? reason why i ask is if you are just over 5 foot tall your waist is my arm pits.

i bring the bear spray this time of year around snaggy bar. the blackberries are everywhere in there, and thick. Every season I've seen bear sign on the trail in and twice have seen and heard them.

roughly how big is snaggy bar ? is it very crowded or is there lots of elbow room between fishermen .

No not really there was plenty room and some of the bar wasant tottaly clear and i got there at 7:30am.
