Lower Fraser FN drift study

As promised, FYI.

Those who plan to fish the Fraser in the next few weeks, please be aware that there will be a drift net/set net study going on by DFO and FN between now and early September (the first netting will most likely begin tomorrow at Queen's Bar).

There will be three study sites:

Strawberry Island
Queen's Bar
Cheam Beach
