Be aware that propane fired smokers aren't nearly as good for smoking fish as electric/wood fired ones.
The reason is that propane puts out a damper heat than wood and that moisture makes a difference in the final product.
I'm not saying that they're 'no good' but a piece of fish that's been sitting in brine for hours does better in a electric/wood fired unit.
Ever dried out in front of a wood fire when you were cold and damp?

Well I went out and bought the one Princess Auto had on sale.   Welltoday I smoked some chedder cheese  :-[  I will have to build a cold smoke box for it.  Otherwise looks like a good unit has a adjustable burnerso can turn down the heat.  Has chimney so easy to pipe smoke into a cold chamber.  Now just need to catch some salmon to smoke

bought an okay smoker in 2003 during the last pink run at a garage sale it's been great same size a the big chief don't know the brand it is but for 10 bucks I'm not complaining
