Hehe, this time the girl is comin with, she's gonna run the camera  ;D . i need some pics. By far this has been my best season in a long long time. 11 steelhead landed, 5 self released. This high water and faster flow seem to be pushing the fish into the prime holding water, which in many runs I've been fishing have been very small 8 to 15 foot drifts, along side heavy water. Short floating has also hooked all my fish so far. I think the deepest my rig has been is 3 feet from my bottom shot to the float and most often in that type of water, 1 1/2 feet. the mid river has done well for me although it seems the lower has been really good too and I plan on takin a walk down that way tomorrow, hope to see some of you guys out there.  I think I know where you'll be ....  ;)

I as usual am thinking i gotta break down and bring out the lamiglass and conquest..you guys are killing me, i can just see how your working it and me and my damn fly rod.. >:(i'm pulling line out of my eyelets again...i've decided fly fishing is like being married to a nun...you may be in love but you ain't gettin any!!!! oh well, weekend is another story...

P.S.i bumped into Mark pendlington today at searun fly and tackle he asked me if i could line him up with you to be his guide for an upcoming episode of sportfishing B.C.

Dude really, that is not cool at all!!  :P You know I'm not a big fan of his right now!!  I hate fishing with guys that I know will out fish me!! :-[ ;D ;D

Don't really feel like starting a new thread for this but just finished talking to my brother and he said that he got a small hatchery buck this morning. When I asked him if it was busy on the river today all he said that our spot was filled with old guys  ;)

I believe so....said there was something like 8 guys fishing it  :-\ Also mentioned that he only saw one other fish caught today other than his.
