Stamp River
« on: October 05, 2007, 05:49:11 PM »

Hey there everyone. I am happy to be able to go fish the Stamp this weekend (ever weekend counts with twins on the way!). Just wondering where a guy fishings with success from shore in the river. Is there anything in the River? and if so, what methods work? Is bait permitted?

thanks
Vince

No bait. I was gonna head over as well but i hear its slow slow slow. Some people are finding schools fish but its hit and miss. For some reason the coho arent agressive ushually. Most guys floss. I did hear of a few coho at the bucket this week. I park at the gun club and there is a good trail with fishable water all the way up. Even without fish its a nice flow
