First cast yesterday morning my float got buried and I hooked about an eight pounder on my forth cast this fish was so close to the shore I lifted it strait up to the surface when I set the hook, it threw the hook after about a minute after about ten more casts without anything my buddy came to where was and hooked another one this one about a 10 pound hatchery doe that fell off right at his feet while I was going for my old bad luck camera, I swear one of my friends are gonna turf my kodak in the river some day as it's starting to giet blamed for there fishing malfunctions on a regular basis now with more and more malice in the tone of things coming into play daily
. After this great start we headed up river thinking we were fish gods, alas we got spanked severely not seeing another fish all day, water colour and clarity were excellent both upstream and down, but with the level being so high ther were a lot more places you couldn't fish than places you could, good luck on Sunday there will be lots of fish for the people that can find em.
