custom ordered this reel back in jan got it last week i am jawdropped at how good it is.

its a kingpin imperial
if you guys are interested i can give u the info for the kingpin representative i ordered it from.
he has other colours including:
-blue
-red
-green
-orange
-silver
-black
-gold
im couldnt be happier i got something that will be unique on the river for a while

na purples bin my fav colour forever and all the other reels in purple are complete crap so i got a pin in purple

Hey the reel looks good to me !!!

After all flashers come in all sorts of colors.

I'm not superstitious but I KNOW you will catch more fish with that purple colored reel  :)

oh yea I just read that some of the new Imperials have their own security system built in to keep them from getting stolen.......only the purple ones have it :D

I wonder if I could get an Islander to do a fly reel for me like that. Id prefer a slightly darker purple, but still. Looking great!

I heard that Prince has one similar he uses for Steelhead on the shores of Lake Minnetonka.
