| June 7th, 2005: Cultus Lake Sturgeon
Identified
Back on May 2nd, we posted a series of photos of a mysterious sturgeon caught in Cultus Lake Chilliwack. At the time, researchers suspected it maybe a rare green sturgeon. The fish has now been properly identified by DNA lab test, and it is a dark-tinged white sturgeon. You can read more about it in a recent article in The Progress. Back to Fishy News. |
