Fly Fishing Egg Patterns
Join Pacific Angler and learn the secrets to one of the most productive presentations in the BC fly fishermen's arsenal, egg patterns. This deadly method can be used for different species of trout, char, and salmon. Let us teach you the techniques, key concepts, strategies, and gear that will give you a well-rounded foundation during the theory portion of the class. Then you will put those skills into practice during a fully guided day on the water.
Date: January 11 (theory) & 14 or 15 (on-the-water)

Steelhead Float Fishing
In this 2 part course you will learn advanced float fishing techniques used to catch steelhead in all water types and conditions. This course includes a 3hr evening seminar and a fully guided day on the river putting your new steelhead knowledge into practice.
Date: January 10 (theory) & 14 or 15 (on-the-water) - February 9 (theory) & 11 or 12 (on-the-water) - March 7 (theory) & 10 or 11 (on-the-water)

Warm Water Boot Camp
If you are planning a trip down south this winter to fish for warm water species then let Pacific Angler give you the edge. The focus of the course will be casting, stripping, fly selection, and putting you in realistic fishing situations to make sure you make the best out of your vacation. This is a full day course, which involves theory and dry land training.

Tying a Classic Salmon Fly
This 3 night course is designed for those that are interested in learning the art of classic fly tying. The course will cover many aspects of classic tying such as marrying feathers, mounting whole feathers, working with the gut eye and so forth. The course is suitable for advanced fly tiers with lots of patience.
