Coquitlam River Cleanup Every year, in conjunction with TD Canada and Vancouver Aquarium, hundreds of thousands of people across Canada pitch in to clean up our parks and waterways in the interest of protecting the fragile marine environment. This is a volunteer event, fun for families and people of all ages. There will be refreshments provided and prizes to be won. The Coquitlam River Park cleanup event will take place on Saturday September 15th from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The meeting place is at the River Springs Recreation Centre (corner of Lodge and Parkland). You can register a group or individual on this page - Search by territory for either of these two events to register as it is site specific.
